Winning teams play to their strengths. By adding our expertise to your team's talents, we'll all benefit. We're easy to work with - we know quality experiences build quality relationships.
Engineers have a reputation for being really bad at estimating fees. Not us - we hate that! So our pricing structure is no-nonsense and clear. You know up front exactly what to expect.
Our greatest strength is our diverse networks in technical engineering and the community. We have great relationships within and outside of our industry, from our progressive outlook. This makes us ideal for unusual, complex and sensitive work.
Expert bid support and experienced, Qualified Tender Evaluation, including for Waka Kotahi-funded projects. We are very, very good at bids & tenders, and have worked on some of Aoatearoa's biggest projects.
We can offer professional civil engineering on a short-term contract basis. Early advice, concept designs, design reviews, and specifications. Experienced in land development, civil infrastructure and roading, we can work independently or as part of your team.
Experienced in acting as Engineer to Contract (3910, 3917), and client-side project risk advice. We specialise in unusual, sensitive and difficult projects that leverage technical expertise, financial understanding and strategic capability. We're safe hands for this work.
We'd love to talk with you about diversity in the construction industry, navigating the challenges of a changing landscape, and how your business can get an edge on the others through diversity. We can offer strategic advice, mentoring, network connections and more.

“Putting together winning proposals needs someone you can trust to understand construction risk, client drivers and bid strategy – and then turn this into great bid document content. From working closely with Sina on some of our largest bid documents I can confidently say she knows how to do this. Her positive approach gets the right input from the right people at the right time. She is great to work with.”
